This ornate, Grade II* listed sash window had been repaired very poorly over the years. Weathering details were also poor leaving the frame at the mercy of the weather, it needed to be changed.

The new hand made frame looks great wrapped in the hand cut slate. The top window was also replaced with new lead details added where it was once missing. 

A property we fully renovated in Heybrook Bay. The balcony looks out over fields and onto Plymouth Sound.
