Mark has worked on several building projects. He has always proved himself to be professional and completed the jobs to a high standard. I would not consider using anyone else for building works.

All the work was carried out to a high standard.

Work started in August 2021 so there were some problems obtaining materials when needed due to shortages created by the pandemic.

Being an old house, Mark also found some problems due to the age of the existing structure.

All such issues were discussed in an open and friendly manner and solutions offered.

The site was always left safe and tidy at the end of the working day.

Mark demanded the same high standards from all craftsmen that he employed.

We are completely satisfied with the results of the work carried out and we are enjoying the extra space.

We have also received positive comments about the finished work from neighbours and visitors.

Mark worked with us on a reasonably complicated project on the waterfront in Plymouth. The restoration of a Grade 2 Listed cottage with a modern addition demanded a considered approach and a mix of modern and traditional skills. Mark demonstrated an ability to manage other contractors and work within our timescales, whilst liaising comfortably with us as clients. He took a great deal of care with our project and was always there when he said he would be, we would be happy to recommend him.
